Many amazing things can happen when you share online, but just a month into Agatha's social media journey, we were truly blown away by the response.
The decision to share the house online came when we were exploring the idea of becoming a shoot location. We knew the house was special and with simple and minimalist design being so popular, we wanted to share our sustainable, maximalist approach. As the seasons changed and we headed into winter, the house became cosy and warm. The rain was pouring, the rooms were dimly lit with lamps and picture lights and rooms were heated with glowing fires. We paired the interiors with thoughtful music and our tiktoks were created. Just a month into our online journey, a tiktok went viral.
The most impressive room in the house is the heart of the home, the kitchen. The kitchen had just been moved from a low ceiling room in the oldest part of the house, to what was the dining room. The island is one of a kind, it was created out of 20ft drawers that were used for priest's vestments. We deconstructed the draws and worked with joiners to rebuild them to suit our needs. Along with all our storage for pots and pans, it is home to the dishwasher, sink and bins. An 8 second transformation video was posted and our tiktok went viral. Currently standing at 5 million views and just under half a million likes!

Soon we were contacted by the lovely writer, Priya, who wanted to write an article about our home for the business insider. A few interviews later and the article went live. You can read it here.
