Returns Policy​
We hope you love your purchase from Agatha. Each item we sell is carefully curated and often antique or vintage, meaning signs of age are part of the magic. However, if you change your mind, we do accept returns under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for most items purchased online.

Change of Mind If you no longer want your item:
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

The customer is responsible for return postage costs

We strongly recommend that you return items using a tracked and insured service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in return transit.
