Are you a recipe goer or do you prefer to raid the cupboards and just wing it?
We prefer to wing it, often leafing through stacks of recipe books for moments of inspiration before tasting our way to a version of perfection. A hindrance when we bake, with collapsing cakes and soggy bottoms, it creates moments of magic when supper calls. Maybe we can call it a wing-recipe? This is a dinner we often gravitate to when we have plant cream and jarred butter beans in stock, it tastes slightly different every time.

Here is our list of ingredients and rough guide, taste your way to perfection:
White onion or shallots cooked in butter
Garlic, 2-3 cloves
Parsley
Dill (best to add in at the end)
White wine
Stock
Cream (we prefer plant based)
Jarred butter beans (straight in, no need to drain)
Cooked orzo
Lemon to taste (always added just before serving)
Your choice of green veg, best cooked separately with olive oil and lemon
Capers to finish
We hope you find it as tasty as we do.
